Customer Service 

All the tractor parts presented on this website are managed in stock and most of the received, payed and confirmed orders wil be delivered the same day or the following day. Meanwhile, facing a flush of orders and due to the multiple suppliers from whom we are getting our supplies, it may come that we could be out of stock of certain products. 

In this case, we will send you an e-mail where we will indicate a probable delivery delay that we will try to respect. This delay might be extended due to different supply constraints like deferred delivery in case of supplier unaivailability of products, due to work in process parts or even due to blocked packages in custom, in case of supplying out of European Union. 

It also happens that we ship an order partially if we consider that the most important parts are available, in order to reduce the client's waiting time. In this case, our client will be notified on the invoice about the missing product(s) and their later delivery. Anyway, if our client finds the delay too long we will suggest the refund of the non delivered parts.  

 

Delivery and Shipping Costs 


For every order, the delivery and shipping services are provided by our partners, SoColissimo and Chronopost. You can choose to be delivered at your home or at a "point-relais" (pick up/relay point) of your choice (only in metropolitan France), within 24h-72h. Every express order will be delivered by Chronopost (for Metropolitan France only) the day after before 18h in "point-relais" (for metropolitan France only), with the condition that you pass your order before 13h (except weekends).

La Boutique du Tracteur set up delivery and shipping rates like below (avaiiable no matter the number of parts ordered, only the package wheight counts).

France : So Colissimo 8,90 Euros, 12,90 Euros (TNT - for Metropolitan France only) or 25,00 Euros by transporter for certain voluminous or fragil parts like tractor wings.  

Europe zone 1 : 25,00 Euros (Germany, Belgium, Spain, United kingdom, Luxembourg, Italy, Netherland)

Europe zone 2 : 35,86 Euros (Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Andorra, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland (+35,06 €) )

Europe zone 3 : 59,68 Euros (Finland, Gibraltar, Canaries, Grece)

USA-Canada and DOM TOM : 50,00 Euros

 


Guarantee 

All the merchandise that we sell is guaranteed against manufacturing defects that lead to malfunction as long as the return is made within a month after the invoice's date and as long as the parts are not damaged or deteriorated. This warantee does not apply for the electric parts such as tension regulators, manometers, lamps, dynamos, etc.

If one month delay is excedeed, every return of non damaged part will be 15% exonerated for returning back in stock and 50% if the return is made six months after the delivery. You will find in your package an invoice with the VAT included which will serve as a warantee certificate : please keep a copy of it. 


Satisfaction Guarantee: Satisfied or Refunded

All our products have been carefully chosen for their quality. However, if one or more products do not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the reception date to return the product. 

To return a product, you have to make the request on the website on the option « Returns Management » of your account. Choose the product you want to return, print the return form, and place it inside the package that you will send us. Attention, the return form must always accompany the returned products. For an exchange or return, the articles must be new, unused, clean, complete, and in their original packaging. The return costs are at the customer’s charge.  

 

Important!

The return products must respect the following conditions:

 

  • They must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and with all the additional accessories it came with. 

  • They must be in a perfect functioning condition, with no mark of use, and in perfectly clean conditions. The instructions of use must be included as well.
